Twilight Saga

This series consists of four books, "Twilight" the first book introduces the scene and the epic relationship between Vampire and Human begins with many obstacles and challenges to be overcome. "New Moon" continues this adventure with Edward's desire to keep Bella safe from himself and the realities of his world and his love for her becoming a primary theme. "Eclipse" maintains the suspense that Meyer has built up over the previous two books and offers a possible ending. However it is not until the final book in this series that the story is brought together and the numerous morsels of information can be put together. This results in a climatic confrontation between the Cullen's and the Voulturi. It is an ideal series for those who enjoy vampire romance books or movies. Also "Twilight" is being made into a flim that is due to be released December 26th this year.

Book Sale/Swap

The book sale/sawp that was held yesterday at lunch time was highly successful despite the weather. The location kept us dry there were plenty of people looking and buying the books that were for sale. Overall, the library made $43.40 from the event and are currently looking into how we can use this money to improe our current collection. While it has not yet been verified, Ms. Hancock has mentioned the possiblity of purchasing "The Host" by Meyer - the author of the popular Twilight series.
